Now its official - An unforgettable year starts on 5th of July

Wow... That`s how fast it can go. Not even 2 Months after my application and Disney already gets me crazy.
Pretty sure that this year won`t be comparable to my time in the UK ( http//manuelsyear.blogspot.com )! So far away from home, sharing my life with strangers and get to meet new friends. This experience is only possible at Walt Disney World! I am convinced that this year will bring me further in life with my personal and professional development.

As i am now official scheduled, i had to login at DORMS (Disney Onsite Resident Management System) and pay a program-fee of 150$. About a month prior to my arrival DORMS will also be used to select my preferences at Housing. I actually dont know yet which complex to choose. But i really dont want to spend a year in a Bunkbed! 

Directly after the E-Mail from Disney i got another one from International Services. Luckily i made my application via IS as they help me with the whole applicatiob process (Flight, VISA, Housing ...).
Just waiting for my VISA Documents from Disney.

Everything else is getting collected on a loooong list ...
- Medical Insurance ?
- International Birth Certificate ?
- Background Check ?

There`s just one thing getting me nervous. Its all about the Disney Look Guidelines. Hope i am able to leave my earrings in on my off days as i got them when i was twelve. In my opinion its enough punishment to wear long stockings in summer (typical german!)...

Now i`m waiting for my next Disney E-Mail. I`m part of the Disney Family :) !!!
