Disney Housing - Getting Ready

There are four Disney Housing Complexes available. The Commons, Vista Way, Chatham Square and Patterson Court. Disney Cultural Representativ Participants are able to select their preferences online in advance via DORMS (Disney Onsite Resident Management System). Access to Housing Registration is possible between two to three weeks prior to the arrival date.

There are one to four-bedroom apartments available and may accommodate up to three participants per bedroom. Bedrooms with three participants include a single bed and a bunk bed.

You also have the opportunity to list the names of any roommates that you prefer. All matches must share the same gender and departure dates. Participants over 21 may link with Participants under 21 (Wellness Apartments) but need to sign an Agreement regarding Alcohol. 

Each Apartement provides a equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, furnished bedrooms, furnished living room, wired internet access and a phone line. Included in your housing rent are also: all utilities (including water, electricity, waste disposal), cable television hook-up, centrally located laundry facilities, maintenance of the apartments, onsite security, wireless internet Lounge, clubroom Thirteen501, swimming pools, weight rooms, tennis, basketball and racquetball courts. Rent is taken out of the PayCheck directly.

Nurses or medical facilities are not available at any of the Complexes.

Vista Way
Location: Located behind a gas station and a Wendy`s. Far away from other Complexes
Transportation: Main Bus Hub is located here. First bus stop to / from WalMart
Shopping: Restaurants and Shops are within walking distance (Walgreens, Wendy`s, Dollar Tree...)
Laundry: Located in every building
Worth knowing: Epcot CRP`s are always the last to board the bus in the morning
Amenities: two pools, a fitness center, sand volleyball court, outdoor pool table, tennis court and a basketball court

The Commons
Location: Located at little lake bryanacroww from the Vineland Outlets
Transportation: Only 6 busses stop at the Commons. Bus stop for the public city transportation
Shopping: 10min. walk to the Outlet
Laundry: Located in every apartment
Amenities: a pool, fitness center, computer center, sand volleyball court and tennis courts

Chatham Square
Location: Located across from Mickey's Retreat and next to Patterson Court
Transportation: Longer walking distance to the public city transportation (Lynx Bus & iTrolley)
Shopping: 15min. walk to the Outlet or to Publix (Regency Village)
Laundry: Located in four buildings
Amenities: a fitness center, pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor pool table, computer center and a tennis court

Patterson Court
Location: Located next to Chatham Square at little lake Bryan 
Transportation: Does not have its own bus stop (except for the Walmart Bus)
Shopping: 15min. walk to the Outlets. A further walk to shops, public city transportation, and restaurants
Laundry: Located in four buildings 
Amenities: a fitness center, pool, and an outdoor pool table
